Do not take this as political pandering: Asheville, NC is one of the most liberal cities in the country. Notice the loud applause when this candidate outlines his positions on gun control. And although there are reports to the contrary, the threat to kill people who will not give up their 2nd Amendment right to bear arms is clear in this video.

This is exactly why there is the second amendment. Under USC Title 10 section 312(omitted online) and the 1903 Dick Act any law or order the infringe upon the 2nd Amendment is null and void. Any attempt at confiscating lawfully purchased weapon of any kind is and act of theft under the color of law, It will not be to the enforced with out placing appointed government officers at undue risk.
