The UN observers asked to monitor our election will be in Raleigh. I don’t know which precinct but will let everyone know if and when I do. I would strongly suggest, if you find out, that you monitor them. They are not legally allowed to enter the polling station if they are not registered to vote there or do not work there, is my understanding. In fact, the Attorney General of Texas informed these people that the Texas constitution does not allow them in. If they enter, they are subject to arrest, fines and imprisonment. The same should hold here.
