The referenced right is innate, inherent, and unalienable. It is *not* a “2nd Amendment right”, rather the 2nd Amendment prohibits the ferals (sic) from infringing said unalienable preexisting right.

Further, the referenced right requires no “government” license, permit, or approval of any kind.

Get a permit if you like, yes. But do not ever misapprehend the nature of the unalienable individual right.
