Let’s look at a different perspective. Patriots who were upset at a stolen election and unarmed occupied the Capitol for a short period of time as liberal “activists” have done in the past. People who participated in this occupation have been imprisoned without charges, beaten and put into solitary confinement.
Never forget that Joe Biden is not the President of the United States. The confirmation by Congress does not mean that he holds this office. It means that they are complicit in the fraudulent 2020 elections.

Leading the complicity is Liz Cheney. Why is she voted into leadership by her GOP members in a secret ballot. I want to know if my congressman voted for her. CONgress is complicit. Anyone who voted to certify the election should face the swift application of the only appropriate response. Hung from the nearest tree by the neck until dead. Period. Every last one of them sumbitches, as a warning to all those that think we are playing games.
Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2 of US Constitution:
“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.” [emphasis mine]
So, unfortunately, SCOTUS were correct to dismiss the lawsuits -- the only parties with standing would be the legislatures of the respective states. The closest it got was the Giuliani hearings for PA legislature, which could decide to appoint the electors based on the legal votes, instead of based on the fraud. They chose not to do that.
That goes for all the other legislatures in the affected states.
Accepting the fraudulent outcome by the state legislatures made Xoe Bi Den the duly elected president.
Clause 3:
“The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted.”
This is, obviously, a purely ceremonial role -- Pence couldn’t do anything and if he tried SCOTUS would rule (justly so) against him.
Pathetic. There were several states which bypassed their state election laws and contributed to the massive fraud. Any state which had their electors marginalized by other states’ fraud should have nullified the election process. You are making the point that cheating is effective by throwing a few choice tidbits from the Constitution which did not apply to individual state fraud.
Those who actually care about freedom, and the God given (natural law) rights of the free individual, are completely unconcerned with who the currently reigning figurehead, hood ornament, rubber-stamp of the D.C Uniparty and ruling elite is.
