FYI – I subscribed to the new site, typed in a Proton email address, it subscribed me using my Gmail address. I did it twice, same result.

If you are seeing an email address prefilled, try logging out of that email account and/or your WordPress account. Another option would be to add an email forwarder to your gmail account to your regular email account.

Thanks, I took two actions
one signed out of G mail
two deleted my Word Press account based on Gmail address, leaving only my Word Press account based on a Proton address.
Unfortunately, I tried twice to subscribe using a Proton address, both times the final response was registered account using G mail. Oh well, at least I subscribed!
Strangely, when I saved this comment, it showed my Proton address?????
Different plugins using different email addresses. If you unsubscribe from your next email from AR when a new post is published, you should be able to then put in your proton mail address.

Okay, I looked at the new site–and subscribed… are you all going to keep posting relevant news like you did here? I suggest you make it look more like NC in order to keep some continuity going.
The site will be posting relevant news. This new site is best viewed on a computer or on a cell phone rotated for landscape. On a computer the look is the same. On a cell phone, the right menu is underneath the articles.
Nice wood working equipment there.
Too, the mushrooms project is great!

You have to pick the title of the post to see the comments and ratings. This is the only feature that I want to incorporate and have not been able to figure out: adding a comment link to the article on the main page and the current ratings.
