Sir , there may be some results still with some internet searches. My understanding is it is a ” think-tank ” for various goverment agencies including Military . It predicted a mass die off of american’s ….well about now. it ties into a UN Program called ‘Agenda 21 ” which has has been updated to ” Agenda 30″ and “Agenda 50 “…. scary stuff .
