Is this a Battle Of Athens Moment?

The rule of law is the legal principle that law should govern a nation, as opposed to being governed by arbitrary decisions of individual government officials.
Tyranny can be defined by that which is legal for the government but illegal for the citizenry. Also cruel and unfair treatment by people with powers over others.
There is no Rule of Law in this once great country. People will not accept the simple fact that there is no Republic without the Rule of Law.
Our government officials don’t even try to hide it anymore. They slap us in the face with their lawlessness and smile. The FIRST foundation of civil society is The Rule of Law. Without it, there is literally nothing other than the Law of the Jungle.
Look at the year 1946. We had just won WWII. And in the middle of America, a corrupt local government tried to steal an election. It was not the first election they had stolen.
But this was to be the last election they would steal. I’m talking about the Battle of Athens. Look it up.
This was when men were men. When they understood that election integrity was important enough that they might have to go to war, literally, with men in their own nation.
When does election integrity start to mean something. When does the Rule of Law mean something?
Rick Scott sat back and allowed Broward’s Brenda Snipes to violate Florida law, including alleged felony violations, in previous elections. This time ballots were moved well after the election in violation of chain-of-custody laws, opening the question as to whether legitimate ballots were swapped with hand-filled out ones to rig the outcome.
Tampering with elections never matters unless an election is very close. When there’s a wide differential in vote the amount of tampering required to swing the outcome is so large that it would be very hard, without widespread coordination between different groups in different counties, to swing the outcome.
This was a close election and one race has already been swung. Two more remain open but within the margin of tampering in a large county like Broward.
You ought to think long and hard about the implications of silent acceptance of this crap as they are grave indeed.
If this issue, the utter destruction of The Rule of Law is not addressed now, there is a very real risk that the spiral of events that has been growing, first slowly and now exponentially, could erupt into literal war within our own nation.
If it does, you had better get up and look in the mirror because it is the collective inaction and refusal to demand the restoration of the Rule of Law by the American people that has and will lead to this outcome. There is no violent repression by police or anyone else that can stop it.
Only restoring the Rule of Law so everyone has equal recourse to the law will stop and reverse what is otherwise inevitable.
We have been taught since childhood that fighting solves nothing, but is this really true? Isn’t our country and our Freedom worth fighting for? History has shown that violence in the face of tyranny is often necessary. Let’s hope our government officials will wake up, see what is happening and restore the Rule of Law; then again we see how good they are at policing themselves.
The Democrats are laughing at us as they walk free, while anyone else would be rotting in a cell is yet another dividing point for what is left of the country. One side understands the rule of law and the consequences when it is replaced by the rule of man. The other side asks, “what difference does it make”? Neither side will support Liberty so we are only left with the consequences of tyranny.
The Declaration of Independence states that “when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government.”
They don’t realize that by rejecting the Rule of Law, they have set us free. We are independent. We owe them nothing, not respect, not loyalty, not obedience. We Owe Them Nothing!!!
May God have mercy on our country.

  1. Those who know about the Battle of Athens, will understand why the leftists are so eager to disarm the American citizens, and if the citizens cannot understand that those on the left will not be satisfied or stop at limiting the type and amount of firearms and ammo, they are truly brain dead. So far, the government and even non-government institutions and entities have managed to limit just about all of our First Ten Amendment Rights, and violated just about all of the other constitutional amendments defying and ignoring the Rule of Law at will. And we have the likes of Nancy Pelosi and other leftists giving us lectures on morality as they sit on their worthless butts enacting one immoral law after another. We are now well past the point for a Battle of Athens. We had better wake up and rise up before it is too late.
