Well David, all that is displayed is that this video is private ? Do you know where the full speech from start to finish can be obtained ? Thanks
YouTube games. After I uploaded the video, YouTube would not publish it: they implemented a length limit on my account recently for some reason. After going through a few hoops, they reinstated my account with the old parameters. I was able to then “activate” the video and publish it. But YouTube made it private instead of the original public status. It is now public and viewable.
