This comment shows us the opinion of the Republican Party towards its subjects. If John McCain does not represent the Republican Party, who does? I seem to remember a feeble campaign for president after his nomination was confirmed at their national convention. I also remember his position regarding Obama’s middle name but that “honor” is not bestowed on patriots fighting for our freedom from an overwhelming debt. It will be interesting to see how Sarah Palin reacts to this statement since she has been a staunch supporter of Mr. McCain.
For those readers who have been attacking me for criticizing the Republican Party, let me clarify my position. I know that the Democrat Party is leading this country to tyranny through Socialism. This does not mean that the Republican Party is the antithesis of evil: it means that they are the only political party left from which to select politicians. Not good enough by a long shot as shown by the disdain in the above video. Election by default is not what this country was founded upon.
Note to McCain: Frodo went back to Middle Earth after defeating Sauron, not Mordor. When he finally returned to the Shire, he led the hobbits in a revolt to regain their freedom. It seems that you read books in the same fashion as you read legislation.

If you would read other articles that I have written, you will see that I am do not believe that the Republican party is our savior. Both parties are as responsible for fiscally bankrupting this country as the church is responsible for morally bankrupting our society. Although your character attacks lessen your argument, let me make two points:
1. TARP was a mistake that both parties supported because they did not know how to solve the problem created by banking interests and greed.
2. The Republican Party platform is more socialist that the Communist party’s platform of 1912.
