Willard “Mitt” Romney Vows To Arm Al-Qaeda Terrorists In Syria

[Willard] Mitt Romney will vow to arm Syrian rebels today during a major foreign policy speech, illustrating once again how there is virtually no difference between Romney and Obama when it comes to serving the interests of the military-industrial complex.  “[Willard] Mitt Romney will call for an escalation of the conflict in Syria by arming rebels with the heavy weapons needed to confront president Bashar al-Assad’s tanks, helicopters and fighter jets,” reports the London Guardian.  “Romney is to make the proposal on Monday in what his campaign team has billed as a major foreign policy speech in Lexington, Virginia…”

There is not a dimes worth of differance between the two parties. The face up front does not run the show, he’s the barker. Those who are actually calling the plays have been arming all the countries. This is not a surprise. Arms is big business, just check out Germany, Russia, France and USA exports. But we know all this. Now, it’s time to choose the Devil we have to live with for the next four years, a Muslim or a Moron. Oh, and they will say it’s Israels fault some how…………

I’m sorry to read such a bitter reply, although understand it to a degree. Our country has been on the wrong course for MANY years and it is now time to change that. As the Democratic party has moved more toward the left, encouraging increased taxes, redistribution of wealth, homosexual marriages, tax dollar funded abortions (and now tax funded birth control pills); the right is moving back toward lower taxes, smaller government and adherence to the Constiutition. So yes, there are dramatic differences in the 2 parties. If you cannot see this, you should find a Women’s Republican club in your area and ask to meet with one of the ladies, regardless of whether you are male or female. I don’t know if our President is a Muslim or not, but I assure you that Governor Romney is not a moron. I am sorry for you if you did not watch the 1st Presidential debate. I hope that you won’t miss the 2nd one of Oct. 16th at 8:00.

Mitt Romney will vow to arm Syrian rebels today during a major foreign policy speech -- October 8, 2012

Today is October 9th, I did not see any evidence that Mitt Romney vowed to arm Syrian rebels yesterday.

“(CNN) — Mitt Romney promised Monday to restore U.S. foreign policy to a traditional role dating back decades, based on exerting global influence through military and economic power, in a major speech two weeks before he debates President Barack Obama on international issues.
In the address at the Virginia Military Institute, Romney argued that Obama is failing to provide the global leadership needed and expected by the rest of the world, especially key allies such as Israel….”

“In specific policy examples, Romney called for the United States to join allies in ensuring that rebels fighting government forces loyal to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad get the military hardware they seek. However, he stopped short of calls by some conservatives for Washington to directly arm the rebels.

“In Syria, I will work with our partners to identify and organize those members of the opposition who share our values and ensure they obtain the arms they need to defeat Assad’s tanks, helicopters, and fighter jets,” Romney said.

take anything from infowars with a greain of salt -- the truth is easily distorted, words are taken and extrapolated into some of the most bizarre directions -- mostly with the deepest, darkest conspiracies as the goal-it’s their target audience
