History and truth are what they are, whether one finds them ‘disgusting’ or not. Problem is, we steadfastly refuse to learn from them. Even when the people behind the curtain tell us what they’re doing, we refuse to listen.

If you’re speaking of the Roman Catholic Church my response would be that it evolved from Judaism. Jewish God, Jewish Messiah, all packaged for a ‘Greek’ audience by Paul, another Jew. I say again. As for Germany … if you actually watch the documentary or read history from the original sources, you may change your mind. In neither case was Germany attempting to ‘rule the world’. Even George Patton said we fought the wrong enemy in WWII. My desired government is the Republic the Founders gave us, but given the choice between Fascism and Communism, I’m with the fascists all day long. If one counts the numbers of people actually murdered by Communists vs. those allegedly murdered under National Socialism, one will find the fascists were kindergarten children compared to the Commies.
… and finally, anyone who thinks we can restore the Republic is no longer connected to reality. History shows that we will require a ‘strong man’ to restore anything approximating a moral civil society. A nationalist is required. While none of us particularly want to hear it, a ‘strong man’ means dictator, or at least authoritarian. We can only hope we end up with a beneficial one who loves we, his people. No single President can effect the necessary change. Congress and the Administrative State are too well entrenched. Change my mind …
Restoring the republic may be out of reach i agree. Yet we are warned of the strong man situation. It does not go well. It may start out good but things decline as always. And you say you no longer believe? You know you are using many Bible verses to support the one we are warned of?
i did enjoy the other post. Listened to the full two hrs. on a notepad while working. These guys at least publicly admit we are waiting for the fall and doing what we can to mitigate the effects in our area. i am much more aligned with this thinking than an outright attack on our part.
History shows it takes a strong man to end the chaos. According to Strauss and Howe, we’re in a Forth Turning which will deliver a strong man. You are correct that it may start well, but then deteriorate. Our Republic is as good an example as any of that.
As for my use of Bible verses, just because I’m no longer Christian doesn’t mean I don’t know the Book. I use them here, with respect, because I know there are many Christians in this comment group. Also, just because I reject the Bible as inerrant and as a Jewish production doesn’t mean I don’t find wisdom in it. Wisdom is its own ‘thing’ and not determined by the source of its revelation.
The best thing we can do is to remain loyal to our people. That’s why I continue to engage here and why I also attend a small church regularly (it’s OK, the pastor is aware of my beliefs). We don’t all have to agree on spiritual matters in order to be loyal to our folk. Michael makes a good point below: I only care if you’re a GOOD NEIGHBOR, trustworthy and honorable. Leave my people alone, do not harm my children. I think even the Neo-Pagans understand that.
