Might as well start off here doing the same. Topped off my Rav4 today at the local Krogers . $2.79 and $2.76 a gallon regular with my Krogers card . $2.89 to $2.95 within a 50 mile radius here in the hills of central Ohio . Southern Prepper 1 has a good point . If you can’t take your pipeline/business offline and run it old school you are preparing for failure and should not be running anything more complicated than a lemonade stand .

The Internet is our Achilles Heel. It is a wonderful tool but once you swallow all it can do, your business model becomes tethered to a very slim line…… all of it predicated on working efficiently.
So if you lose internet (think EMP, CME, or Hacker take down) you are dead-stopped from all meaningful activity.
There was a time back in mid-1990’s when businesses pretty much functioned using FAX and phone calls. No reason why we cannot have a dual system to control things so that when the Schumer Hits The Fan, businesses can still function. Perhaps they will limp along but they will not be dead-stopped.
Businesses will have to hold more in their inventories and we consumers will have to all become preppers, buying and holding a bit extra out of every trip to the store for those times when supply disruptions or emergencies hit.
