The following video outlines the fundraising efforts for the re-election of Barack Obama in 2012. Jim Messina is Mr. Obama’s campaign manager and he states that more than $86 million dollars has been raised so far.

There is only one problem with this announcement.
At 3:29 seconds, Mr. Messina proudly announces that the money raised for both the re-election and Democrat National Committee was raised “globally”. This violates election laws which restrict campaign contributions from outside the United States.

The actions do violate election laws and it would have to include The Logan Act, which states…
- § 953. Private correspondence with foreign governments.
- Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
- This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply himself, or his agent, to any foreign government, or the agents thereof, for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.

If the video receives much criticism, they will simply say that he mis-spoke. “Now, look. Look. Look. Let me make this clear. We have in no way accepted foreign currencies. Ah…Look. Look. Of course they got money from all over the world, that is what got him elected last time. He comes from the Chicago Crime Bosses and the Anti-Americans from the left.
He wants to make this a third world country and if he gets back in he will do just that because the people who will vote for him believe every lie he tells them and he looks them straight in the eye to do it. Unfortunately contrary to what they WANT to believe he is not BLACK he is half black they used to call them Malattoes. A real black man would not screw over the country he supposedly was born in the way this man has.
