It’s about damn time, too. These are the union thugs who have refused to “bargain” with Gov. Jerry Brown regarding “concessions” in pay and/or benefits. A furlough is quite a generous offer, in my estimation – were I in his shoes, I would have put every one of those “union leaders” in the hoosegow for extortion!!
