Attended a funeral yesterday. A friend and a former boss.
Heard the words “unconditional love.” For some reason this always gets my dander up. Because there is more to this! While i know He has unconditional love and He does love every one and we should do the same, there is something that bothers me about this short saying.
The world seems to run with this in the thought that they can do no wrong, (once forgiven always forgiven.”
While yes i can see the Truth in that, He loves us all, this does not mean we are all saved or granted eternal life “unconditionally.” There are conditions, there are rules and guidelines, there are consequences.
And yes Life is good, His Liberty, His promise,His protection and His peace!
