We believe we have a right to privacy, and the courts once supported this belief:
Fourth Amendment protections expanded significantly with Katz v. United States (1967).[37][39] In Katz, the Supreme Court expanded that focus to embrace an individual’s right to privacy, and ruled that a search had occurred when the government wiretapped a telephone booth using a microphone attached to the outside of the glass. While there was no physical intrusion into the booth, the Court reasoned that: 1) Katz, by entering the booth and shutting the door behind him, had exhibited his expectation that “the words he utters into the mouthpiece will not be broadcast to the world”; and 2) society believes that his expectation was reasonable. Justice Potter Stewart wrote in the majority opinion that “the Fourth Amendment protects people, not places”.[40]

Yesterday, news broke that Google has been stealth downloading audio listeners onto every computer that runs Chrome, and transmits audio data back to Google. Effectively, this means that Google had taken itself the right to listen to every conversation in every room that runs Chrome somewhere, without any kind of consent from the people eavesdropped on. In official statements, Google shrugged off the practice with what amounts to “we can do that”.
It looked like just another bug report. “When I start Chromium, it downloads something.” Followed by strange status information that notably included the lines “Microphone: Yes” and “Audio Capture Allowed: Yes”.
Without consent, Google’s code had downloaded a black box of code that – according to itself – had turned on the microphone and was actively listening to your room.
It wont be to much longer now under the TPA granting the entity more power to fast track our demise the Senate voted in favor of today. it gives its authority over to the beast to rule the U.S.. thru committees and edicts outside the U.S. , Wait to they get to annulling all property lines so as to cede your property over to some lazy black African from the islands and Africa along with the Mexicans and any other piece of human garbage from central and South America. this is the end of all Americans who own property for generations. we were sold out by WHORE EVIL Republicans who we voted in to office and they did the opposite. these are treasonous acts of sedition to undermine the sovereignty of the entire U.S. and all we hold dear. Once we reach the point of them forcibly removing us from our homes then i would rather go out as a person who loves freedom and not the beast state from some Asian conglomerate which the animal entity in the white house created. what they did today they all must be hanged at some point in time.
