The “handlers” in both stories were “.gov agents” who supplied bogus materials…
Fascinating how folks who cannot normally find their own genitals in a dark room are able to identify and infiltrate small-cell and lone-wolf terror operatives.
It’s all a distraction, folks: listen to the silent mantra:
“Give us power and we will make you safe.”
Yes…it is fascinating -- the govie morons couldn’t prevent Oklahoma City, 9/11, or a host of other major atrocities, but they can “catch” a lone wolf and a small huddle of anarchists, both within hours of committing their intended acts, and in both cases had “substituted harmless materials” for the “weapons of mass destruction” the alleged perpetrators were in possession of.
The ‘benefit” to both of these news stories, from the government’s perspective, is that they each justify greater and more aggressive surveillance of the American populace at large… I guess that is why they are “good news”, and thus why they got to be news at all.
