THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREAT FALLS HAS EXTENDED THE
* FLOOD WARNING FOR…
MADISON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MONTANA
* UNTIL 1130 PM MDT TUESDAY.
* RIVERS…CREEKS…AND STREAMS WILL CONTINUE TO RUN HIGH OR OUT OF
THEIR BANKS ACROSS THE AREA. SEVERAL ROADS HAVE BEEN IMPACTED BY
FLOOD WATERS. WHILE WATER LEVELS HAVE LOWERED SLIGHTLY OVER THE
LAST SEVERAL DAYS…WARM TEMPERATURES COULD BRING ADDITIONAL
RUNOFF FROM HIGHER ELEVATION SNOWMELT THROUGH THIS WEEK. AS A
RESULT…WATER LEVELS COULD RISE ONCE AGAIN.

St. Charles, Missouri
The City of St. Charles has opened an emergency operations center at its police department following last weekend’s flooding. The center, located at 1781 Zumbehl Road, will team members from the local fire, police, public works, and parks departments to assess flooded areas of St. Charles.
Des Moines, Iowa
Iowa has activated its emergency operations center in response to flooding along the Missouri River in western Iowa.
The Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management announced the center’s opening on Friday. It will be staffed from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
A major storm is about to hit the Washington Coast and move inland.
