The consequences of Hurricane Sandy are causing price gouging for gasoline in New Jersey and New York. Or is this the free market in action? It is irrelevant because the point is that this can happen across the country if the Strait of Hormuz is closed by Iran. Have you stored any gasoline, water and water for at least a two week period? Depend on yourself, not the government.
