Consider the following statement from Professor Robert Gellately at the Florida State University:
“I started to read these files about all the victims in just one region of Germany that the Gestapo had processed. It would have taken a large force of secret police to collect information on so many people. I needed to know just how many secret police there really were. So I asked an elderly gentleman who would’ve lived through those times, and he replied, ‘They were everywhere!'”
That was the prevailing myth.
“But I had evidence right there in my hands that supported a different story. There were relatively few secret police, and most were just processing the information coming in. I had found a shocking fact. It wasn’t the secret police who were doing this wide-scale surveillance and hiding on every street corner. It was the ordinary German people who were informing on their neighbors.”
Who is the real threat to America: Janet Napolitano or Islamic terrorists? Both. This administration is using the same tactics as Nazi Germany to divide us and pit neighbor against neighbor. The alert from the FBI analyzing terrorists, the report from DHS defining homegrown terrorists, the NDAA, pending legislation HR 3166 are all pretenses to ensure our “security”. As are the transgressions of the TSA random searches of anyone including a senator on his way to Washington, DC.
While our government divides us in order to weaken and control us, terrorists have free reign entering the country through the southern border. Or so we thought. Glenn Beck exposed the culpability of the government on both the northern and southern borders. This report included “importing” at least one weapon of mass destruction last year into the United States.
Did we forget the inception of this national disgrace? Let me refresh your memory because “facts are a stubborn thing“:
From the White House website:
There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to flag@whitehouse.gov.
I took advantage of this “program” and reported myself and in the tradition of John Hancock: I signed my name large enough to be easily read by the presumed king. Unfortunately, you will have to take my word for this since this program was not subject to the Freedom of Information Act. So while Janet Napolitano promotes “See Something, Say Something” at hockey games and the SuperBowl with the full support and cooperation of hot dog vendors, think about the price of security in terms of freedom.
So we have to ask ourselves why? Why is the government not providing security at our borders from terrorists entering the country? There are three possible answers:
- The government is corrupt.
- The government will use the fear of future “attacks” to control us.
- Both 1 and 2.
I could have put “the government is incompetent” as a possible answer except this administration knows exactly what they are doing. What do you think “our” government is capable of doing to us for their own agenda? Janet Napolitano, Eric Holder and the president operate in the open while terrorists do not. So I ask you again: Who is the real threat to America?
