Tommy Yancy, 32, father of two, was savagely beaten to death by five law enforcement officers during a routine traffic stop near the city of Imperial last Sunday, on Mother’s Day. Yancy, a veteran who suffered from PTSD, served in Afghanistan and Iraq in the 259th Field Service Unit following the 9/11 attacks.

I could say that this is not America. And then what? We sit and watch. We want to believe that these are isolated incidents. But the reality is that our police are not here to protect and serve: they are here as a militarized unit of the police state.
1. We have to ask ourselves why. Why are the police militarized. Why are federal agencies buying arms? We know the answer. And we know that it will only get worse.
2. Once we understand why this is happening, we must individually decide what we will do to protect Liberty. This is not meant as some patriotic call to arms: this is a simple decision on whether you will fight to regain your children’s freedom. And you must decide now if you are in this to the end.
3. Organize your community and form a plan. With honor, virtue and faith.
4. Stand up. Evil is in our country and it will not back done. You have to understand that this is a war that will be comprised of multiple battles. The objective is to win the war and rebuild our country.

His family needs to contact a good civil rights lawyer ASAP. The victim’s civil rights were violated.
When are we going to wise-up. Po-LICE investigate po-LICE . Nothing happens. They continue to KILL and we continue to take it. Look where voting has got us. Look where complaints and law suits have got us. Will we try another way, or just set in front of the T.V saying “Oh, that poor man.” As an observer of the human? race for the last 70 years, I’ll put my money on the T.V.
When will it stop? we say that the facts must be brought out. well one fact is the young man is dead, he died at the hands of Law Enforcement. In this Valley, police investigate themselves. We know what happens when that is done, no wrong doing is found! remember Rodney King? The whole world saw what was done and a jury found the officers not guilty for beating this man merciless. Well it was reported that this was a traffic stop for no front plate, officer smelled weed? Well we can all smell weed when we want to! That is what the officer said. Was told to get down o the ground or dog would be released! Dog was released and the Military Vet, trained to defend himself did just that and subdued the animal and they deployed a Taser on him to get him to release the subdued animal. It was beyond the force necessary according to eye witnesses. What we need here in the County is a ad-hock citizen committee to review these cases separate from law enforcement agencies. We need an is unbiased investigation committee to review these cases separate from law enforcement agencies. This type of situation is becoming common place here in the Valley and it must stop!
