A Good Example?

Scotland has initiated a new ‘hate crime’ law.

Under the new legislation, anyone deemed to have been verbally ‘abusive’, in person or online, to a transgender person, including “insulting” them could be hit with a prison sentence of up to seven years.

Police Scotland are having to pay officers in their control room “hundreds of thousands” in overtime to deal with the onslaught of frivolous reports.

As we reported yesterday, out of the more than 8000 reports police have received under the new ‘hate crime’ law, less than one per cent are leading to investigations. However, that’s still nearly 800 new investigations in a single week for a police force that already has stretched resources.

It’s been a complete disaster, but they can’t say nobody warned them.

Perhaps we should consider following the example of the Scots. Throw wrenches in the works. Overwhelm the system at every opportunity. That and noncompliance is how we fight back. They can pass all the laws they want, but laws are of no effect unless they can be enforced.

Follow 5 politicians/judges/bureaucrats for 2 weeks keeping an accurate record of everything they say/tweet/FB etc. Put it all together and report them for Hate Speech. It’ll be there, they have no idea of what the law says and it won’t apply to them. Eventually it’ll dawn on them. Keep at it no matter what. Its no a one way game.

I am going with the Mounds/Almond Joy line. Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don’t.

“No officer, I wasn’t anti-trans, I am trans myself. Gender fluid, and that is why at that time I was not committing a hate crime. But I would like to file a counter claim.”

Followed by “No I didn’t know there was a complete rule book on deciding if someone is a tranny. Could you let me have look at it?”
