How many sons and daughters of the rhino neocon gop in congress are in Syria. This is criminal, unconstitutional. Get out now, stand for the constitution.

“What is Joe doing?” Seriously?! Joe is probably eating ice cream and getting his feet rubbed by his daughter. He has not run this corrupt, syphilitic-thinking country since 2020. Nuland, Kagan, Sullivan and Obama are running the show. And as far as the American troops caught in that maelstrom, they signed on the dotted line. They were not drafted against their will. I am sure the ones who make it out alive will have stories to tell, as long as their Woke LGBTQ+ Officers do not threaten them with jail for speaking the truth. Life is a vale of tears.

True. But there is an implicit trust that you won’t become a sacrificial lamb when you enlist. At least, that’s the way it was in the 70’s. This kind of bs is the reason I no longer encourage young men who don’t have much direction coming out of high school to enlist.

Is there really though? Yes, there used to be, but I’d postulate that implicit trust has been misplaced (on the side of the enlistees) for at least the last 4 years, and arguably well longer than that. My cynicism and distrust of government is obviously far beyond that of the sort who would sign up for military service, but the lack of concern -- even contempt -- that the govt has for its own troops should be obvious enough by now to keep all but the most delusional from signing on. The recruiting numbers seem to bear that out.

To dwezil
if you ever read an oath of the military, elected etc. you pledge to defend the constitution of the US and defend our country, on our soil. Not be sent to be killed in a money laundering scam for the elites in congress or the executive branch in another country, for NATO or the UN.

Once again….it’s NOT PEDO JOE doing any of this. He’s a puppet. Nothing more. He’s not in charge and NEVER HAS BEEN. The people making these decisions are unelected, unaccountable and mostly anonymous. It’s been that way since they stole the White House in 2020.

I don’t blame the syrians or other assorted “locals” for what happens next, I blame the politicians for putting them there in the first place.

A lot of the troops stationed in the area of Syria are National Guard. Last January, three National Guard were killed at Two Towers, on the Syrian and Jordanian border.
