Truly Russo’s “must watch masterpiece”. While I can’t say we are more free and probably quite the contrary, I do believe more of us know something has gone horribly wrong. In any scenario where problem solving is the goal the first step is always recognizing that there is indeed a problem. So, there is a positive step that has been taken.

Now what to do? That is the area where our educational efforts and outreach can be a real benefit, IF and only IF we make that effort. Now is not the time to give up or get downtrodden. It is the time to start that conversation with the “stranger” in the line for morning coffee or perhaps movie tickets one evening. This will not be effective if a debate is what we seek and any message must be delivered with the underlying quest for truth, honesty, humility, open-mindedness (not everyone has the same experience-driven world view) and with Christ-like love for your neighbor. (I never said it would be easy as nothing worthwhile ever is!)

Even if you see no result that doesn’t mean there isn’t one, you just may not be around to see it. You have planted the seed, which is all you can do. The rest is up to our Maker, so “let go and let God”.

Very, very true…I wish I had the means to burn a DVD…we have to pray, to continue in faith and know that the Lord will be there when “his” time is right..but he expects us to help him.

Many understand the only chance the US has is to wake up the sheep..
but after decades -- good luck with that!
