American students at UC Berkeley think that the Tennessee killings of American soldiers are legitimate!

Sounds indistinguishable from the attitudes you’d experience in Chapel Hill… and it’s repulsive in the extreme. That American children are condoning and even espousing the use of terrorism is perhaps the most profound statement I have yet encountered, as testimony to how far our society has fallen. And as for the immigrants (or their first generation children) whose radical opinions were expressed, well, this is also a testament -- to the fact that we need to cease importing trouble for a generation or two, and deal with what we already have here.

And for those who have difficulty in comprehension, let me make myself crystal clear -- we need to halt *ALL* immigration, including all “student visas” and “refugee resettlement”; and agressively begin cleaning out all those radical elements which threaten our society --

For the muslims who came here for the purpose of ‘Cultural Jihad’; they should be judged and punished on that basis, i.e. executed as the spies, traitors, and terrorists they are -- it’s called “Criminal Invasion“.

For any and every unlawful resident within these United States, being thereby already guilty of felony {by maintaining said state of unlawful residence}, who shall subsequently commit any other act of felony {regardless of degree} while in said state of unlawful residence, shall be subject to special proceeding, whereby the facts shall be reviewed in summary process, and in each case where the facts are sufficient for indictment [in accordance with the standard criminal procedures established by the competent jurisdiction wherein the subsequent act of felony shall have been committed]; said unlawful resident shall, upon the basis of said Indictment, be adjudged and held guilty of the capital crime of Criminal Invasion, and shall be delivered up for summary execution in accordance with the laws and procedures to be established for the punishment thereof.

For each and every person who shall be proven to have willfully and repeatedly violated the borders, soverignty, and/or immigration laws of the United States, the same shall be be adjudged and held guilty of the capital crime of Criminal Invasion, and shall be delivered up for summary execution in accordance with the laws and procedures to be established for the punishment thereof.

Any person, apprehended without lawful status in the US; (a) having come here for the purpose of unlawfully obtaining work, or (b) having generated or obtained any income, by any means whatsoever, within the jurisdiction of the United States, without first obtaining lawful authorization to do so; shall be sumarilly subject to a term of compulsory indenture, the minimum of which shall be five (5) years at hard labor, and the term of which shall not exceed a period of twelve (12) years at the time of it’s imposition. Any person sentenced under this section, who shall, at any time within the imposed period of indenture: flee, abscond, or otherwise remove themselves from the useful possession of the partiy holding said Certification of Indenture; shall be be subject to summary judgement as follows:

If the party holding said Certificate of Indenture shall be willing to reinstate such certificate upon apprehension of the fugitive , then the term of indenture shall be increased by one (12) months for said act of criminal flight, in addition to extension by three times the actual period of days for which the indentured party was not in proper and productive possession by the certificate holder;

If, however, the the party holding said Certificate of Indeture shall not be willing to reinstate said certificate upon apprehension of the fugitive, then possession of the certificate of Indenture shall devolve upon the jurisdiction of the state wherein the certificate shall have been issued, said jurisdiction having the authority to ammend the period of indenture in extension by up to 60 months before offering it for resale.

In any case where the Certificate of Indenture finds no buyer within a reasonable period, generally thirty (30) to sixty (60) days, the jurisdiction issuing such certificate shall have the right to put the convicted party to hard labor, and/or or to incarcerate said party under the same conditions as other inmates held in the general population in said jurisdiction.

Where the Certificate of Indenture is a resale after apprehension of a fugitive, should the certificate find no buyer within the reasonable and customary period, then the state shall have the right and duty to execute said recovered fugitive in accordance with the procedures for executing sentence upon a conviction of Criminal Invasion.

No judgement and summary conviction upon a finding of Criminal Invasion shall be subject to any appeal, review, or other challenge at law, nor shall the execution of sentence be subject to delay by any power or authority whatsoever, but shall be carried out forthwith.

The penalty for Criminal Invasion shall be delivered by firing squad; such penalty to be administered within 48 hours of conviction; and the remains of those executed shall be disposed of upon the same day by either (a) proper dispersal into deep sea water, or (b) interrment into a properly prepared mass grave, such grave to be used solely for the disposal of all remains of those executed upon the same day, before being properly closed.

When we have laws such as these, and uphold them with consistent firmness, we will no longer have a problem with illegal immigration.
