Anarchy, American-Style

The 1960s revolution was both anarchic and nihilist. But it was waged against—not from—the establishment. Hippies and the Left either attacked institutions or, in Timothy Leary fashion, chose to “turn on, tune in, drop out” from them.

The current revolution is much different—and far more dangerous—for at least three reasons.

The Establishment Is the Revolution

The current Left has no intention of “dropping out.” Why would it?

It now controls the very institutions of America that it once mocked and attacked—corporate boardrooms, Wall Street, state and local prosecuting attorneys, most big-city governments, the media, the Pentagon, network and most of cable news, professional sports, Hollywood, music, television, K-12 education, and academia.

In other words, the greatest levers of influence and power—money, education, entertainment, government, the news, and popular culture—are in the hands of the Left. They have transformed legitimate debate over gay marriage into a hate crime. Transgenderism went from a modern manifestation of ancient transvestism or gender dysphoria to a veritable litmus test of whether one was good or evil.

While some what misguided, I dropped out in the sixties, and never regretted it; however I soon found I couldn’t build a business, a house, work full time, and go to school part time and smoke pot! Having moved to NW AR, I lost contact with the left and was saved by colonel Colt and became a born again southerner and regained my Christian roots!

While still having some contact local liberals, I soon found out that while having a distain for a belief In God, and prayer, they all developed a belief in the virtues of big liberal government, voting and consumption, yuppies, all. I think they all continued smoking pot and had little concept of reality!

In the mean time, the schools, media laid the foundation for tyranny by the PTB.
The good news is that systems or ideas that aren’t right won’t work in long term!
You can avoid changing your oil in your car, and pretend it is ok, till the motor quits prematurely and you can put lipstick on your pig and say a she is cute, or even say boys are girls, but that doesn’t change then nature of reality!!

Making life and systems work is difficult enough when you are trying be realistic and rational, it will be impossible when you don’t! This liberal, woke system, values and totalitarian government won’t work much longer! If your life depends on it, it will fail!

It is time to tune in to reality and drop out of this faulty system!

I apologize for my generations misguided, drug induced attempts to change the nature of reality, wrecking it for all of us!

My story is similar to yours. I fully get it and concur. Don’t forget, however, that the 60’s also gave us the Jesus movement which was probably one of the greatest revivals in American history.

Yes, the Jesus freaks, was the only other good thing to come out of the era. It is clearly apparent by now, a Godless, non Christian society here in America is a failure! I am however glad I lived when I did and won’t see much more of this nonscense!

I was Anti-War in the 60’s and Relapsed into Pro-War after 9/11 before Returning to Anti-NWO-War gradually during the 20 Year Wars of Profit & Blood.
I apologize to our Vets who bore the cost, and now the betrayal.

Some of the most admirable and most influential people in my life were Vietnam veterans. Hippies disrespected these men shamefully. I don’t have anything good to say about hippies.

and Did Not Trust or Obey the Feral Gov. Drugged Out for sure, but so were the Vets. Many returned Vets were Anti-War as well and my friends.
I was an Asian History Major in college, any Idiot in the DC Gov knew the French lost at Dien Bien Phu. The USA fought better and longer, but the Idiots didn’t go back to the Chinese occupation of Vietnam, for 1,000 years and Then the Vietnamese Kicked them Out to regain their nation.
We weren’t ever going to win a war against the Asian mindset on the Mainland of Asia.BTW, We won’t “win” the NWO War now against the Russians in Eurasia either. Napoleon & Hitler found out the Hard Way.
Perhaps FJB is a “Blessing”, How many Idiots are going to go charging off with such a Putz Potus at the helm??? Too many, but this current Disaster is already cooked.

Word. I still remember walking through the terminal at LAX in July 1970, coming home on leave. I was cursed and spit at. Of course later they cleaned up, went to law school and found employment in the Clinton Administration. Now, they are all retired and their entitled whining gives us boomers who served, worked, and raised normal families a bad name. There will be a reckoning, however. Bleib ubrig.

I never blamed the Vets, never was in LA, and never was a Clintonista or a Carterite either. I did not go to war, I did enjoy the music, drugs, and girls however….. for awhile. Then I grew up and raised a family, All unVaXXXed, Armed, and Constitutionalists.
We have a CW to Win, All the best.

The 60’s was a second turning. We’re in a fourth turning, which started in 2008, and about 2 years out from the best guess as to when the next crisis climax will occur.

This might be a fiction that it was ultimately designed to work against the system, with perhaps the agitators making it seem that way and those not in the know merely losing their sexual morals (to condition the feel-good followers for the next seemingly revolutionary act-is this how liberals became how they are today, tending towards a guru-like directionality?). What if it was a stage working to show how easily, beyond the reach of the church system, the American people can be socially and politically propagandized (a prototype and forecasting of the current atmosphere of unquestioning obedience and willful ignorance) and it led to the bringing about of the conditions of more nihilism across the spectrum? An entire revolution waged around sex and the patriarchy, largely, points out that there was a lingering sexual problem, and today in many aspects the sexual problems are worse. Was that the hidden intended consequence? Why is it that seemingly only niche groups (moreso than individual anarchic tendencies) know how to agitate for their causes except for the masses of black and white people respectively, and the corporate Christian church system who were huge participants in that revolution?

We here seem to agree that the systems are failing. The important thing is what to do about it, accessing blame is fine, but it changes nothing!
Many of us are too old for fighting in the streets, or even mountains, so what to do?
Here are some answers.

Us boomers have some experience and hopefully wisdom. We need to speak up about this nonsense, so when it starts failing those with half a brain will start to wake up. We need to have the knowledge and skills we can teach to our clan to get through this: growing food, health care, builders, real self sufficient handy men, spiritual leaders and social leaders, finally military skills!

Hopefully we have acquired some wealth, that can be used to get family and friends through this and stable afterwards! My real wealth is in land and seeds, which I would not trade for gold. Make sure your land is free and clear, an alloidal (not sure of spelling) title may help as well as a pure trust! For heavens sake get out of the city or at least have a redoubt, you can go to!

As the power and communication grid is likely to fail, as well as other systems, have back ups! There is lots for us to do, but being retired, we have time to do it!

Develop a realistic social system based on freedom, justice with old established values, none of this woke sxxt. You must all pull together to get through this!

If you do this you will look crazy to family and friends. I have told my grand kids to think of me and our place like a seat belt, an aggravation in good times, but life saving in crash!

I assume many of us are already doing this, keep up the good work! We are the only group, who has seen where things were, where they are and where it is going and have some ability to change it. For many of us it can also be penance for our misguided hippy days.

Having church services while maintaining spiritual, social and military poverty is ridiculous. The people are not in the know about what’s going on militarily because it’s effectively not their military. The Pentagon, NATO and more all work against the American people, and this has to do with allowing a standing army. The military is not supposed to be state-centric but rather the positions thereof, capably filled by qualified citizens (this skill level and acumen alone would be a deterrent to the powers-that-be as to overreach), but mostly, the people seem to want submission and passivity in all things religiously, institutionally, medically, governmentally, militarily, economically and elsewise as relates to established authorities. Also, there has to be a sound economic system that’s insulated and not based on trickle-up economics. Isolated and alienated people following government mandates and orders is not a reasonable strategy for even a bare existence, but in effect seems to be the result of satanic occult warfare and a spearheading into all things national in order to build fortresses around themselves (with the acquiescence of the people, proving the viability and solidifying of their rule).

Sounds accurate to me, but who says anything about following orders, I didn’t, don’t and wouldn’t encourage it! Sound economics needs to be based on free trade and production not consumption or rules for the rich!
