Does anyone know who this exceptional lady is and what her web channel is called?

I would like to hear more from her. She is a realist and a strong Christian.

Please post any info you have in the Comments to this email. Thanks.

There is a Disconnect between the mentality of Law Enforcement and Citizenship.. Police transitioned to Law Enforcement with Rules of Engagement that demands Citizens to be Fully Compliant with LE commands. How does that reconcile with Free Citizen’s Rights?
It doesn’t, there is an Inherent conflict possible in every interaction. Argue either “side” you want to, but the conflict remains.
LE is taught to seize control of Every Encounter with every Citizen. LE can Lie, cajole, threaten consequences, almost anything is acceptable to LE.
Citizens think they have certain Rights, that they actually do not have. Hence the potential and increasing possibility/ probability for death.
LE can Legally Escalate one step beyond a Citizen’s Resitance. Force applied verbal, physical, taser, gun to enforce compliance-intimidation.
LE called to any scene assumes that a Law has been violated. They must uncover the violation and act accordingly, ticket, arrest, if any resistance then Escalate to the next step Beyond the Resitance.
Qualified Immunity granted by the Courts gives LE the protection of The Law until most LE now considers themselves More than mere Enforcement, which can be a nightmare for Citizens, But the Embodiment of Lawfare.
Judge, Jury, and Executioner all in a patrol car, supported 100% by their own.
We factually live in a Police State, for better or worse. What “Laws” can be Resisted? and at What Price? Do as you are Told, forget citizenship, We are Comrades..

Bravo! Brilliant comment. You are right. Law Enforcement is very different now than it was some decades ago when I was a criminal defense lawyer. I have seen some of the videos of modern-day cops in action -- yes, they are demanding absolute submission to their dictates (constitutional or not) -- or they kill us. You must be trained in law enforcement -- is what you describe what is now being taught in the police academies?

I hope my earlier post went thru. As an addition I also Think We are being Played to keep us divided.
I’m not arguing in favor of criminals, or against necessary restraints including deadly force by Any Citizen including Police to protect their life or great bodily harm.
Police should not have Qualified Immunity. As authorized representatives of the citizens we should All operate under the same Rules of Engagement.
Thank you, I’ve said my piece.

You are right on General. It should be illegal for cops to fire based simply on failure to comply. Because everyone is out of compliance on some level .

I’m not a lawyer, and I’m White and Deplorable to estab myself. Wendy’s is private property, no infraction of law as the police did not see any drunk driving and can only arrest if the owner of the private property requests it.
The man appeared coherent in the lengthy discussions with the officer, offering to leave the car and walk to a relatives home.
The officer should have offered him a ride to the nearby relatives home, ensuring the car keys were put in more responsible hands.
Intoxication is not a death penalty. The officer wanted to make an Arrest for something and kept at it, in fact escalating not deescalating the situation.
Tatum admits that the Perp was running away, Where to? He could have been arrested 15 minutes later by twenty police,. There was no Moral Justification for his Legal Murder.
Unfortunately Law Enforcement has made Law their Justification for almost anything.
Police kill more of My People than your people , btw.

Right. Lots more whites. Cops don’t kill many of us. We’ve learned to keep a bit lower profile..

Will, the police did not fire on “failure to comply.”
The police were called.
Why did not some fine upstanding ‘citizen’ intervene at the beginning? You know, after the man had endangered everyone he encountered while driving intoxicated.
While he was peacefully sleeping in the drive through, why did not some fine upstanding brother go to him and rescue him???
How many passed him by to get their sandwich, but will defend him to get their point SOLELY upon the police as the blame?

How convenient it is too “ignore the resisting arrest, the punch, how convenient to ignore the taser he took from the officer etc. etc. etc
Your opinion and omissions of all the facts, your emotion do paint a different picture than the Truth.
And who is ‘your’ people?

Sorry I wasn’t clear here the ‘good boy’ was a hood rat. He probably needed shooting a long time ago.

You dont see alot of Jewish guys shot by the police. We got close though. Those fine men in blue got a call so they came and forced one of our synagogues to close threatening to arrest everyone there. Covi hoax. Was the reason. So the cops are no better that the hood rats. They are only a different kind of enemy. Short answer on the cause of our problems. The people do not know YHVH and they dont want to!
