Most border NC. That’s good. We’ll need them!
This looks like a great idea, BUT if you happen to get caught out of your county you have lost the protection you had. This idea may be good on the surface but we are limiting reciprocity to counties instead of full states. We need National Reciprocity !!! not county.
Three relatively small geographic areas, high population centers, dominate politics in Virginia. They vote Dem while the entire rest of the state votes overwhelmingly red. We see it in every election.
Over a century ago Virginia broke in two, to be Virginia and West Virginia. It’s time for Virginia to break again, into Virginia and East Virginia. East Virginia would include solely the northern VA, Richmond, and Norfolk areas. Leaving the rest of us Virginians with our liberties.
