And please notice that the PO-PO is fully cooperating and acquiescing to these armed thugs–most likely on orders from higher ups in the city. What is needed here are a few experienced sharpshooters with heavy barreled precision rifles to remedy this situation. A few exploding heads would disperse these thugs instantly.

.50 BMG is more effective at exploding heads.

I know–but at $7.00 per round this gets prohibitive. A .338 Lapua or even a .308 175 grain boat tail would do the job and not break the bank.

Apparently there was a small rally of neo-national socialists down the street, unarmed.
This is how Grok responded to my query if it is legal for citizens to set up armed checkpoints in Ohio.
“No, it is not legal for citizens to establish armed checkpoints in Ohio. Here’s why based on the information available:

Constitutional Rights: The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects against unreasonable searches and seizures. Setting up an armed checkpoint by civilians would likely violate this amendment, as it would involve stopping individuals without probable cause, which is a right reserved for law enforcement under specific legal guidelines.
State Law and Case Law:
Ohio follows the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Michigan v. Sitz (1990), which upheld the constitutionality of sobriety checkpoints conducted by law enforcement under stringent conditions. However, this ruling applies to law enforcement, not civilians.
The Ohio Revised Code and judicial interpretations emphasize that law enforcement must adhere to certain guidelines for sobriety checkpoints, like public notice, visible warnings, and a predetermined stopping pattern, none of which apply to or permit civilian actions.
Public Posts and Legal Opinions:
Posts on X (formerly Twitter) reflect a consensus among users that civilians setting up checkpoints, particularly armed ones, would be illegal. These opinions echo the understanding that such actions would infringe on civil rights, potentially leading to civil rights violation charges.
Legal advice from attorneys, as seen in various web articles, underscores that only law enforcement with proper authorization can conduct such stops, further highlighting the illegality of civilians doing the same.
Potential Legal Consequences:
Civilians attempting to establish armed checkpoints could face criminal charges for impersonating an officer, unlawful restraint, assault, or even kidnapping, depending on the specifics of their actions.
Ohio’s “castle doctrine” and laws related to self-defense in one’s home or vehicle do not extend to allowing civilians to stop and detain others on public roads or in public spaces.
Firearms Regulations: While Ohio has open carry and permitless carry laws for firearms, the use of these firearms in the context of creating a checkpoint would not be justified under the state’s gun laws, which do not give citizens the authority to perform law enforcement duties like setting up traffic or security checkpoints.

In summary, establishing armed checkpoints by citizens in Ohio is not only illegal but would likely lead to significant legal repercussions for those involved. Law enforcement is explicitly authorized to conduct such operations under very specific legal frameworks, which civilians do not share.”

Many of them hopped into the back of a U-Haul when they were leaving, approved by local law enforcement. Totally against the law to do so. They were all in on it, imo.

if the checkpoint was by police, why were the “Canadians” carrying long guns?

Pay attention you will see this again. You may even be part of it. Imagine a group of people not from your neighborhood wanting to cause problems in your neighborhood. You and your neighbors will have to do something similar. Hopefully more organized and professional acting. You have read selco’s work?

Read this article which puts more facts onto the report: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/armed-neo-nazis-get-police-protection-black-residents-ohio-express-dis-rcna191794
The short video does not indicate that a Neo-Nazi group with flags chose a spot next to the historic all-black township for a demonstration.
Why now ? And Why there ? Could it be F.B.Lie is up to its old tricks trying to start trouble so they can make easy arrests from the inside for fleeting glory (until the cases fall apart in court…….) ??
Or could Woeamaz controller, George Soros, be fomenting provocations so Trump can be blamed by our bought and paid for lying media ??
Hmmmm….. ??

Probably FIB acting as Nazis to rile up the community. No laws were broken in the “protest”, but now Blacks will Say Whites cannot open carry while Armed Black Militia (not harrassed by FIB/ATF) get to protest.
Seems fair, and Effective. Just the FIB inciting violence as usual.

I used to live in an adjoining city to Lincoln Heights. There are very few places in greater cincy that are bigger shitholes. The question that I have for people is this… The people with the swastika flags were set up on a bridge that leads to a federal defense contractor. GE aircraft engines. Why would that be allowed? What is the chances that the people were the same glowies as patriot front?
I can’t see them allowing masked, armed men to set up at the location. It’s all to get people to do crazy stuff like this. Simple

This is why media bias is such a concern. This headline presents a perception that a militant ethnic enclave was being established. The details show there is more to it. Simply protecting their area? I’m in support of that. Causing racial divide? Nah, kick rocks.

How many of these monkeys would drop a load in their pants if they began receiving incoming fire?
Instead of standing around like the rabble they are, how about at least some of them taking up defensive positions behind cover?
Standing around in groups in the open shows them to be untrained and ignorant.
