Knew it. They have to get it started B4 inauguration day. When I was in management we called it a gift. The crap or problem employee from the previous manager. Like the prison scene in the movie Red Heat paraphrasing the gang leader saying “just another motherf$%ker we’re gonna have to deal with.”
