AT&T Harassment

The following letter was sent with my payment to AT&T. I really do not need a large corporation trying to extort more money for a service that I do not even want.

AT&T

P.O. Box 5014

Carol Stream, IL 60197

To Whom It May Concern:

I received your billing (enclosed) on December 19th. The payment is due on December 24th. I received your email this morning that I have an outstanding balance on my account. Nice attempt to have me sign up for direct withdrawal from my checking account or paying an additional fee to pay by credit card.

If you continue this practice as you have done for the past several months, I have no issue discontinuing my service.

Sincerely,

David DeGerolamo

I too am receiving these letters.

Some marketing cretin at ATT must think that they are going to get a big bonus over harassing customers.

I will be jumping to Verison shortly….

Seems as though your AT&T and AARP share the same location…just a different P.O. Box.

I’d dump AT&T and try Straight Talk. It’s a good service, has 5G and I get service from Northern Maine all the way down to Southeastern MA and I can call anywhere in the country for $49.00 a month, including internet. Far below any of those major networks charge.
