While everyone likes the “convenience” of pre-mixes, I don’t understand why people just don’t make their own and pre-measure for portion control?
Flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar are all one needs. Milk powder and powdered eggs are optional.
Sheesh! Has everyone gone stupid? Or just LAZY?
Save your money for important things like dehydrated water…Sheeesh!.

I have some of that water 😉. Actually, a base of sny kind of flour and water or other liquid will work. Learned that at a time funds were very slim. I think they’re called tortillas, other names in other languages. Sorry, couldn’t resist that.

Even lambsquarters (plant) can be dried and ground into a flour very easily. We need more creative thinking!
