If you look at the community notes, you will see that the photo is from Dallas, TX in 2020.

I liked the observation that the bricks were carefully placed in Dallas for the Chicago riots.

All these acts are evil, from this attempt to overthrow the free world today with 10,000 bricks and 1,000 centurions standing down in Chicago, to the corruption of our children, to the flood of invaders, to the culling of the sick and weak. We are all up on that ragged old cross playing out the life and sacrifice of our Precious Lord. Today we bear witness to the persecution of all Christians once again. These acts play out scenes of old. From the current political betrayal like the Pharisees and Judas, to the perversions in our schools, movies, and streets like the Roman culture, to the torture of Jesus like the Pandemics(s) and crime in the streets, to persecutions like J6, Lockdowns, Masks and censorship.  But fear not, the King of Kings rose again and we shall too. Jesus promised to return, but he never left, he lives in our holy spirit to return to battle evil when needed.
Like Jesus said on that cross “My God why has Thou forsaken me”?

I was living in south Minneapolis during the mostly peaceful george floyd riots. Short story, stack of bricks found, local people with laser scopes on rifles stood by waiting. Car pulls up, several low lifes get out and approached the bricks, locals turned on the red dots. Evidently low lifes can run and drive fast. PS: rumor was many agent provocateurs came from Chicago.
