Actually found: A copy of the SAS Survival Handbook on the shelf at a bookstore last week (bought it), and that The Ranger Handbook is now print to order only (so they can make sure they know where they go, no doubt). Probably won’t get that one. I have to admit it felt alot like being in enemy territory being inside a bookstore in a big city.
