Just a little hint of things to come. Western suburbs of Chicago. The drive through lines at Dunkin Donuts are 50% less than previous months. I know it’s summer, but that doesn’t affect them because they sell ice coffee also. Fewer people are buying. The price is up to $5 for 1 medium coffee and 1 doughnut. Five days a week is $25. One month is $100. It finally caught up with some folks. It may seem trivial, but we can see behavioral changes in buying patterns for even the most mundane things.
