And in other news. Seem Japan the LARGEST Holder of US Treasury Debt has deployed some 15 Billion dollars worth to buy US Steel through Nippon Steel. Union Leadership is fighting to keep all their bennies.

Guess they are trading those excess bonds for real hold in your hand wealth, eh?

Well, why not we’ve been selling off American food production to China and such for several Democratic Administrations.

Got a good garden, a well with a hand pump (water IS LIFE) trusted family members and trusted friends? Far more valuable than money in “The Bank”.

If the Brits went to war against Russia, the Brits would get wiped out in a month. The Brits admit that they only have enough ammo for two weeks of conventional war. What do they do then? Surrender or die.

How in the hell is that possible that the Brits only have two weeks worth of ammo? The blatant disregard for the past wars and what it took in weaponry to fight them is breathtaking!! This all fits into the “we never hit back” belief of the Marxist communists! Maybe they are waiting for the American taxpayer to send then weapons and ammo like in WWII?

Funny that, we don’t have them either. At least not in the quantities needed to provide the US with the armaments required in a real war. Ukraine has done a bang up job of publicly airing out USMIL’s lack of preparedness in terms of available hardware and munitions, and of the US in general not being a serious and capable country any longer. With the recent revelation of young troops openly bitching about their jobs on tiktok, this lack of preparedness and seriousness is only further reinforced.

On balance, I consider this a good thing, since it informs us the end of the empire is getting close when not even appearances can be maintained. Of course it is not good from the standpoint of having to defend against an attack and invasion here. However, the fedgov clearly has no intention at all of defending our territory anyway, so a military that is largely useless and ineffectual is actually to our benefit, since it would only be used against us and our interests.

Germany is in worse shape. They all counted on Uncle Sugar to protect them.

Indeed. Anyone who has counted on uncle sugar to cover them for defense will be out of luck. Israel is possibly the last country that will receive any material support from the GAE, and the days are numbered for that even, owing to the economic destruction of the US, and changing public opinions towards Israel. For now, they are still able to command support.

But the tide is turning, whether you find it unpalatable or not, on how many people perceive Israel, and the effect that will have on the continued willingness to pay for their defense. Look how quickly things went from blue and yellow flags seen hanging in faux solidarity all over the US, to people losing interest in, and even coming to openly resent Ukraine for costing us so much money we don’t have.

US backing of Ukraine was never serious, and was a half assed effort from the start. I maintain that’s the only effort that could ever be offered, since the one time competence and money the US had to do that are largely gone now. What is left are a bunch of arrogant fools who still think they are the big dogs, when they are little more than blow hards trading on the previous, but no longer extant, strength of the US.

It would be unwise -- and arrogant -- to assume that a position, once attained, can be held indefinitely No one stays on top forever, and we are now living through an upheaval of how the world is ordered regarding political and economic supremacy. Or more specifically, who has it, who is losing it, and who is gaining it. The US is in terminal decline as goes it’s economy and ability to deliver, much less project force. The east now appears ascendent after a long stretch of wallowing in medicority for a century or so. This will have a deleterious effect on all allies of the US who suddenly find themselves without the protective shield they foolishly thought the US would be providing in perpetuity.

As the expression goes, when the tide goes out, we will see who was swimming naked. A lot of bare asses stand to be exposed as the US loses it’s mojo.
