Ever since Obama care came into effect, the emergency rooms are jam packed with people using them as common clinics. I have experienced this myself. If you have a real health emergency, you should call an ambulance. The paramedics will get you into the actual emergency bay.
Unfortunately, that may not be the case. The spouse is a Medic who states that many times she releases a patient to a triage nurse in the waiting room because of overcrowding. The medical system is broken due to gov’t intervention.
