What is stopping Harris from initiating the 25th Amendment? I cannot wait for the next debate.

My opinion: Here’s the deal. Biden steps down and Harris becomes president. She gets a claim to fame of being the first female president until January 2025 if she will agree to endorse the dem’s preferred candidate to run on their ticket in November. If she agrees and doesn’t squawk, she gets a nice severance package and well-padded retirement fund over and above what is typical for that position. If she squawks she gets nothing and their preferred candidate is on the ticket anyway. If she squaks and insists on running for president, then pay attention to who runs with her for VP because he will take the office when Harris gets Hillaried.

Harris is not eligible to be President of The United States per The Constitution. She is not a natural born citizen.

A point made moot by Barry Soetoro, a/k/a Barrack Obama.
