Just read the books of Daniel and Revelation. There will be one who promises peace and everyone tired of strife will look upon this man to give them peace. Man will look to man to save them, yet there is only One who can save. His name is Jesus.

i agree and this stands in contrast to the tired sentiment, “No one is coming to save you”

Look to the warnings given in Daniel. i am still amazed at how many times the warning is repeated:
