All I can say is they are ignorant Morons with no brain mater.
Its a bad idea on its face but its not as daft as some things I’ve seen people propose .
At least one can say there are countries where police don’t normally carry or use firearms that work to an acceptable level.
It would not work for the US for oh so many reasons and anyone who thinks so, is utterly without a clue.
Also note lots of people here in California will sign nearly any petition to put something in the ballot even things they disagree with to help out the paid signature gatherers.
