A slight caveat if the TSMC plant is finished before the war and ready we maybe can keep the chip supply functional.Maybe.
Whether we have the will to fight is another matter . I’m too old to soldier but I wouldn’t fight for Taiwan nor would I encourage my kids ot die for that far off nation.

I may joke about Joe, but he is the biggest example of elder abuse in history, they all knew he had dementia last year before the campaign! I knew it the first time I saw a news clip of him. My career was working with the disabled within seconds I knew ~ of course then I had no idea of the extent of voter corruption we faced, naive as always that’s me~

I think we have to accept that China is not the enemy of the Communist Politburo that inhabits all branches of our government, including our Military. We are defacto PARTNERS, so any objection rhetoric or kinetic event by us will be for public consumption, a feint.
The approval of this invasion, the fake COVID event,et al, are all part of “The Deal” struck by our Communist Party and Theirs. They may well have been promised the West Coast of America in the chaos soon to come.
