The City of Asheville, situated in North Carolina, is facing severe challenges due to soaring crime and a dwindling police force in the aftermath of the 2020 George Floyd murder, which sparked the nationwide ‘defund the police’ movement. In response to the rampant lawlessness, city officials have declared an emergency plan, beginning next week and lasting for two months, to tackle the crime wave.
“There are complex circumstances contributing to the safety issues that Asheville is currently seeing downtown, and it will take a community response to address these complexities,” the city stated in a press release.
Next Monday, city officials are rolling out a 60-day initiative to address safety downtown:

A bunch of freaks came here whereas tourists showed up during the
leaf season and then the locals were glad to see them go. These freaks/
antisocial sorts are a real problem. Jan Davis’s Tires right near
downtown almost had his business burned down by anti socials.
He said people approach him and tell him they don’t go downtown anymore.
Jan Davis is a staple of Asheville, conservative, Christian and use to be
on the City Council until the outsiders arrived. Outsiders being progressives. All this bunch concentrates on is Affordable Housing.

Exactly. Keep in mind that the illegal invaders are “entitled” to these shelter spaces too, sometimes at the expense of American homeless. Any local suggestion of directing funds toward homeless housing needs to be opposed fiercely.
Let the illegals know where the local politicians and city officials live. Give out their addresses and contact information. Let them be own up to their decisions. Not your job to change your life on account these illegal aliens were invited by the liberals. The libs should be accountable for their choices. Send the aliens to the homes and offices of the politicians.

I once lived in Asheville back in the late 70s. It was a pretty good place back then. Now the streets are over ran with all kinds of humans. Thank the Lord, I no longer live there.
Love our trips to Asheville but to much of the liberal mentality has lead to the idea that life has no rules and no such world exist -- people need structure -- we are creatures of habit -- look at the other liberal sewer pits -NY- Houston -- LA -- Chicago -- -ect -- have similar problems and this is a recent problem in last 50 yrs and will only get worse -- the lack of God in our culture also exacerbates the problem since without Gods commandments most crimes these type crimes will grow

It will take a certain type of person that is few and far these days.. Maybe some of them will take pity on those NC citizens and show up to eradicate the threat, but I would imagine the citizens will have to “clean” the streets before the feds show up to shut the town/state down….. Just an observation..
nothing is going to work in that woke city which was giving over to the devil years ago. the same ones in that corrupted city government are the ones who defunded the police then voted in a black woke sheriff which made matters far worse. they get what they deserve and there is nothing they can or will do that will fix their wicked situation. the corrupted Mayor of that City as well as the mentally ill run city council are the ones responsible for this situation. the city is slated for more destruction unless thy repent of their vile wickedness and vile sins and turn to God, if not, it will just keep spiraling into the abyss of wokeness and depravity.
Asheville was once a really nice City with nice conservative folks who kept the city free of crime and depravity, and this is what it has turned into under Demon-rat rule, everywhere there is a demon-rat ruling you will find depravity and madness ruling.
I.E -- There was a White guy from Weaverville running for the Sheriff’s
seat against the black. The White guy owned a business in Weaverville
which conveniently burned down while he was running for the position.
Threat???? Looking at the mayor is like looking at brain dead.
Let’s take a guess on who might of burned it down, no brainer here.
