Ah Waco and Ruby Ridge, SoF done a really good series of article back then on the jack booted woman and children killing cowards that they call law enforcement.
So far we have only heard from one “eyewitness” who was asleep until the stop and then laying in the floorboard of the truck during the shooting. We will see police footage of the shooting in the coming weeks that will verify whether he was surrendering or not. From his past statements of “I am not going to jail” I lean toward not. There are three eyewitness accounts. Two are actual eyewitness and one is second hand so I don’t understand why it is an “eyewitness” account.
Based on the number of FBI agents and vehicles involved, there is video of this event. I would also like to see the picture of the truck. If it is riddled with bullets as Victoria’s accounting, I would lean toward her and Ammon’s account.
Unless LaVoy was armed when he stepped out of the truck, I cannot see any reason for him to be shot.

Even at Waco, the FBI was videoing nearly everything “for training purposes”; but none of that video has ever been released -- all government records pertaining to Waco remain “Classified” as training material, and therefore a matter of “national security”.
Media video of the Waco event was heavily restricted, as all reporters and camera men were required to stay a “safe distance” from the events, and were only allowed to set up cameras in two small areas dictated by the FBI’s Public Affairs officer on-site, which greatly restricted the press’es view of the Branch Davidian compound. In particular, no press were allowed anywhere near the locations at which Lon Horiuchi and other HRT snipers had set up firing positions, thus ensuring that we will never know the answer to the essential question of “who fired first” at Waco.
Every effort was made by the FBI and DOJ, to ensure that no public record of the attrocities at Waco would ever be available.
I exepect that the government’s video and radio comminications records of this murderous action will also remain thus “Classifed” for a very long time; and they chose a desolate location to ensure that there were no witnesses other than those being ambushed.
As such, all government accounts of this attrocity stand profoundly suspect, as there is a long-standing history of lies, obfuscation, and the illegitimate use of “Classified” controls upon the evidence which would prove government agents to be in the wrong, by their murderous actions.
The FBI/HRT, and BATF “Strike Teams” are notorious for their blatantly unlawful use of lethal force in such raids and ambushes, and yet none have ever been brought to justice, not even a single sacrifical conviction has ever been made.
WE HAVE BEEN WARNED
I think great wrong doing was done on both sides and am saddened by the shooting of a man I perceive to be good and honest “salt of the earth” man. We may never see police tapes of what happened, but I think in the interest of their public image they will produce at least one tape of the shooting. I will wait until I can gets as much information possible to form a hard opinion.
So what was the great wrong doings of the Bundy people?
Not leaving when they had drawn attention to the problem and they were offered safe passage and protection into a neighboring county by another good man, the Sheriff of that county.
There are other accounts of the shooting that we haven’t heard from yet stating Lavoy reached for a sidearm.
So if a thief moved in on your land would you leave it?
Here’s the video of what happened to FInicum, taken from a helicopter. Around minute 6:00, Finicum has hands up and then reached into a coat pocket, twice, where he had a gun. Those law enforcement officers are well trained. Too bad Finicum made the wrong moves, but, oh well. The video has one section cut of lengthy driving (about three minutes, which they announce), otherwise you can see the whole scenario. Sorry, I have no sympathy other than I don’t like to see any loss of life. The “occupiers” are not the brightest bulbs.
