The Constitution is absolutely CLEAR on what land the Federal Government can own and for what purpose. The Federal Government has absolutely NO Constitutional Right to own millions of acres of land, just as the Constitution is absolutely clear on ONLY natural born citizens being allowed to hold the office of the president or vice-president as are the Framers of the Constitution in their original intent of the meaning of “Natural Born” citizens. All that being said, I can almost guarantee that WE the PEOPLE WILL NEVER WIN on either of these issues in any federal court, including the SCOTUS. WE have demonstrated peacefully against the unconstitutional expansion by the federal government for years, and we have won NOTHING. Just the opposite has taken place, the more we peacefully demonstrate, the bigger and more intrusive the federal government becomes.
