Congress is supposed to make the laws. But congress set up the ATF (or did they) and then let bureaucrats make the laws. Same thing with the EPA and the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ. If there is going to be a law against pistol braces, then congress needs to right that law. And it will still be a violation of the 2nd Amendment.

In that situation, I really do not think you will be aiming much. More just point shooting. Not sure that is an advantage to an Acog on a shotgun if you are familiar with it. I think a light would be better.

Gun owners shouldn’t adhere to any rule change they come up with. example, why would law abiding people turn in their bump stocks because they said it was the new law, they knew darn well the rule change was illegal, but they did it anyway, knowing they would get their butts kicked in court. then they began with their threats, if you didn’t register your bump stocks with them, you would become a felon in their eyes, what Bull this is. in my eyes If anyone listened to this Marxist run communist group would be out there bump stock out of fear. Consider this. If you live in Illinois and you register the brace that the ATF says makes your pistol a short barrel rifle, you could be in trouble with the Illinois police agencies. I think SBR’s are not allowed in Illinois. Check it out.
