The criminal psychopathic degenerates at the National Futures Association have announced that they have hired a firm, Berkeley Research Group, to perform an external “review” of their procedures.

Apparently Dan Roth, the head of the NFA criminal mafia, is so distraught over the fact that he and his gutter-dwelling shake-down organization finally got caught, he actually considered deploying his golden parachute and retiring. I would speculate that Roth probably looked long and hard at the real estate markets in countries with no extradition treaties with the U.S.
I guess he didn’t see anything appealing, because Roth has decided to merely consider reducing his and other NFA henchmen’s bonuses this year. He hasn’t committed to anything yet, mind you. He is merely CONSIDERING a bonus package reduction after being exposed as a criminal overseeing a criminal organization which has destroyed lives and enabled the theft of billions of dollars of customer funds, so far, that we know of.
Dan Roth should die in prison, as should a large number of his capos and consiglieres within the NFA.
But don’t worry! The NFA has hired a firm out of Berkeley, California to “review their procedures” that is basically a collection of intellectual prostitutes. Give these guys enough money and they will advocate for you and your cause under the guise of “expert consulting”. These people are the highest of the high-dollar whores.
So, the NFA, which has been FAKE AUDITING firms for decades, has now hired a firm that specializes in FAKE AUDITING to FAKE AUDIT the NFA itself. In exchange for a multi-million dollar contract, Berkeley Research Group is going to write up a fictional audit report stating that the NFA “made a few mistakes and needs to tighten up its auditing standards here and there, but in general the NFA does an excellent job of auditing FCMs and that everyone should have complete and total confidence in the NFA and their regulatory oversight.” For this the NFA will pay Berkeley Research Group something in the mid-seven figures (I would guesstimate), the fake audit findings will be filed and forgotten, and the NFA mafia will continue apace, and Dan Roth will get his bonus.

Yep. So the Obama regime’s own David Kotz has been shuffled out of the SEC to Berkeley Research Group in order to handle the fake “review” of the NFA. Take it to the bank, because that is where Kotz will be taking his likely seven-figure payday. He will do exactly what he did at the SEC. He will write a toothless report with a few critiques and nothing more. Same song, second verse.
On a more humorous note, someone emailed me saying that I was “Mattie Ross”, which I’m quite sure is the kindest thing anyone has ever said to me. If you haven’t seen the 2010 version of “True Grit”, it is well worth the time, and the girl who plays Mattie Ross is outstanding. I wish I had her hair, although I do have her hat, and it is very flattering indeed. There are, however, a couple of key differences. I am most certainly not a Calvinist, I am not seeking personal vengeance – only thirsting for God’s Perfect Justice to be done upon the wicked so that not one more person is victimized by these demons, and I have no Rooster Cogburn, thank God. The last thing I need is a drunk old man on my payroll.
