- WHO confirmed that a dog in Hong Kong has tested “weakly positive” for COVID-19.
- Hong Kong scientists aren’t sure if the dog is actually infected or if it picked up the virus from a contaminated surface.
- Swabs of its nasal and oral cavities tested “weak positive,” Hong Kong agriculture officials said.

Can you explain to the American people how Hong Kong is able to test dogs for COVID-19 and we cannot test people in the United States?

All of the money that has been allocated for Fema , homeland security etc. And there is a mask shortage from the get go? Not even enough masks for the health care “professionals?
And they wonder why my confidence in them is low?
