This is the oath of office for the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, all Federal Judges and Justices and all Federal Employees, as enacted by Congress in 1862:
“I_______ do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”
Under the Constitution of the United States, a representative can be expelled from the House by a concurrence of two thirds:
Article I, Section 5, paragraph 2:
Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.
What is the penalty for a representative who has sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution but then abandons their honor to support a political party’s ambitions under a pretext of racism? Our government is too impotent to act with honor but this oath was sworn to God. One way or another, judgment will be done.

David Price was among the walkers. I guess they did not want to have their vote on record in the roll call vote.
