It seems he is aware of the limits Max has placed upon his willingness to train people.
Personally it seems a bit problematic when someone is trying to fill a class but it would seem better to simply segregate classes based upon abilities rather than eliminating training all together, but hey, it’s his facility.
Just wondering what happened to “keeping good people alive” thing.
