Don’t Let North Carolina Hang

From Publius Huldah:

Five states are poised to pass the Convention of States resolution in 2022.

Here’s a quick glimpse at what’s currently hanging in the balance:

  • North Carolina – We believe we have the votes now to pass the Senate, which would make North Carolina state #16. We’re doing everything we can to persuade Senate leadership to pass HJR 233 on the floor before the end of the year.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Contact your state senator to vote AGAINST this abuse of power. North Carolinians should never have been misled to let this measure get so far.
Contacting the NC reps (who represent their owners, not us plebs) isn’t going to do any good. Best we can do now is keep lists of who betrayed us.
I wish I had a way to personally plead my case to the people that supposedly represent me. My frustration is that the CoS movement has a lot more money than I do thus has much more pull. Even 150 patriots will have a hard time convincing someone over the tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars that the CoS movement can offer.
You could start a Word Axe campaign if you have enough followers to send letters to them. It will make them uncomfortable under a stack of mail that can’t go to junk mail or voice mail. wordaxe.com
Yes we can achieve Victory in this! Most State Legislators do not want a new Constitution imposed on us. So we have to show them how easily this can be done if there is an Article V Convention.
I suspect that the COS lemmings also don’t know of the existence of the proposed replacement Constitutions; and would be horror struck if they read the proposed Constitutions and understood how easily any one of them can be imposed.
NC Rob,
Your words are poison. The Truth is that some legislators actually do listen to us. I’ve been fighting this for years in State legislatures all over the Country, and I know this for a fact. Some listen.
I don’t doubt that some do listen but the majority obey their owners (not us) or this wouldn’t be an issue now. If you have been fighting this for years, why hasn’t this gone away? Why are there more and more states getting added to the list? What happens when the Dominion machines select the next batch that all vote for it? Please don’t think I am attacking you on this, I am just frustrated that we now have taxation without representation.
You know the old saying “Money talks and BS walks…”.
Are my words poison or is the painful truth that we don’t live in a democratic republic anymore (a kleptocracy now)? The vast majority no longer represent us and certainly don’t fear us. They can steal elections right before our eyes; tax us mercilessly; take away our natural born rights under the guise of safety; start illegal wars and get our children killed in other parts of the world where we have no business; force us to take “medication” that kills us and our kids and if not -- lose our jobs (even though the courts say it’s not constitutional, Brandon told corporations to do it anyway).
Does that sound like a representative government?
I’m not stopping anyone from trying. I am just tired of beating my head against the wall and still ending up with less rights, paying more taxes, inflation, new wars, stolen elections, etc. while politicians laugh at us and get rich.
Since 1913 we live in communist form of government, run by communist thugs. I recently viewed a video by a mister cline on the 17th which was not fully ratified. If even one state claimed there sovereignty we could void all this unconstitutional BS since 1913.
We do not need a convention of the states nor do we need a new constitution, we need people that will follow our current constitution as written.
Thank you! Some of the State Legislators are patriots -- but they have been mislead by the false and reckless assurances of the Convention lobby.
The video here: https://rumble.com/vp3ltn-joanna-martin-article-v.html?mref=numcv&mrefc=2
and Exhibit List here: https://publiushuldah.files.wordpress.com/2021/11/exhibits-to-presentations-in-south-carolina-during-november-2021..pdf
show that what the convention lobby is telling State Legislators is FALSE!
We must find the way to get the Truth before the State legislators. The convention lobby is marketing a convention to appeal to Republican Legislators -- so they are the ones who need to hear the Truth from you.
North Carolina has already sent 5 applications for an Article V Convention to Congress. This is from an unofficial site, but it’s the best info I have for North Carolina: https://publiushuldah.files.wordpress.com/2021/12/north-carolina-applications-for-an-a5c-filed-with-congress-from-unofficial-site.pdf
Congress may count the applications however they want. The North Carolina Legislature should be rescinding the applications they have already sent to Congress; and not pass any more. Otherwise, we are almost certain to get a new Constitution imposed on us.
Spoiler
The proposed replacement Constitutions I have read were crafted in the pits of hell
. And the video & exhibits show how easily a new Constitution can be imposed if Congress calls an Article V convention.
Why are all of the big foundations such as the Rockefeller Foundation and the Ford foundation supporting the Convention of the States? Because they know it will be the vehicle to do away with US Constitution. It is an attack on private property rights.
Of course North Carolina will vote to have the Convention of the States because all states representatives and senators are bought and paid for. They always vote to support endeavors that decrease freedom, liberty and property rights.
And none of them work for/in the government. The people that voted for them are of the same morals and character.
It’s a federal convention called by the federal government for the federal purpose of addressing our federal Constitution.
It isn’t a state function. The convention lobby has called it a “convention of states” in order to create the false impression that this is a convention controlled by the States. But that is false. Nothing in the Constitution gives the States power to do anything respecting a convention except to ask CONGRESS to call it. Once 2/3 of the States have applied to Congress, it’s out of the States’ hands.
Pursuant to Article I, Sec. 8, last clause, US Constitut., Congress has the power to make the laws necessary and proper to carry out its power to “call” the convention. As shown in the video and exhibit list, Congress has always recognized that it has the power to determine the number and selection process for delegates……
One has to be insane to think it is a good idea to ask Congress to call a convention. Look at what is going on! How do our enemies complete their coup against us? By getting a new Constitution which legalizes what they plan to do…..
Peaceful solutions can rein in the leviathan ?! David vs Goliath -- David was not able to use a peaceful solution. There are many other examples throughout earth’s history of the same. I understand wanting peaceful solutions, but bringing cookies to a battlefield for the soldiers just won’t work in the heat of the battle, I truly wish it were that simple.
Are you insane? Have you read the “new constitution”? No more natural rights, they are all privileges given by government (and only they ones they want you to have).
If they get a new constitution, WE WILL ALL BE SLAVES.
I for one do not think any attempt to restore our Republic will happen peacefully. The current maoist regime will stop any attempt at the end of a gun. They have power and force and they will use it. We need to organize in each state to back up our attempt.
I list and link to about 6 of them or description of them on my Exhibit List. I don’t have the new Constitution the Council on Foreign Relations needs to move us into the North American Union. But their Task Force Report [which I do link to] shows that a Parliament is to be set up over and above Canada, the United States, and Mexico. The police of the 3 countries are to be combined; and it will be militarized. This is evil. But this is what the Bush Family, the Ted Cruz Family and a host of other fake conservatives and globalists have been pushing for for a long time.
Now they just need enough State Legislators to give them the opportunity to strike the final blow -- getting rid of our Constitution and getting a new one which transforms us from a sovereign nation to a member state of the North American Union.
So we better fight tooth and nail to stop it. And as for you naysayers who say we shouldn’t fight it because we can’t win: The Bible is very clear: When you see a danger, you have the God-imposed DUTY to warn others about it. If you don’t, their blood will be on your hands. THAT’s why I Fight.
David, Wes, Thor and pretty much everyone else that comments on these forum or posts articles are willing to fight. Usually the only difference in opinion is how we go about it.
“As our enemies have found we can reason like men, so now let us show them we can fight like men also.”
― Thomas Jefferson
“Whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends [life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness] it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government…”
― Thomas Jefferson
p.s. If that is you speaking in the video you are way too intelligent to reply back to an abrasive idiot like me.
Stealth Survival Shelter In The Woods. A How To: Where, When and WhyFunny seeing this right below the post about stealth survival shelters. I don’t think we’re at the stealth woodland survival stage yet; but we’re getting closer.
The closer we get to woodland survival stage, the less the CoS issue matters. Once we get to the woodland survival stage, what is or isn’t in the Constitution becomes totally irrelevant.
That said, and in light of the nearness of woodland survival stage, people should be thinking about what should be in or out of the NEXT Constitution (if there is to be one), and what geographical area that “next Constitution” will pertain to.
I think that some reps do listen, others say they do then carry on with their personal agenda. I have no doubt that most everyone here will stand and fight. And Publius Hulda is a most excellent teacher of anything to do with the Constitution, please visit her site and be prepared to learn. The lowering standard of education in this country is contributing to its downfall immensely which I believe is one reason the constant yammering for an Article V Convention. We still have time to prevent it but we must wake up and apply max pressure on all willing to listen. Should an Article V occur and we end up with another Constitution, I have read them and they are not pretty, this country will have no choice but to engage in war among the people. It will not be a civil, war is never civil, it will be for survival. I for one will go down fighting for our Republic and the traditions, freedoms, and standards it was founded upon, I will settle and support no other. One way to see the benefits of our present system, which too many have forgotten, is to regain our moral compass.
